Terms and Conditions

Payment of a deposit for parts or equipment, is acceptance that you have read the quote and agree to purchase this equipment.

Equipment once installed cannot be returned for a refund.

Your signature or an authorised employees signature on an invoice for goods and / or services constructs an acknowledgment that you have received the goods and or services and that your equipment is returned to you in working order unless otherwise specified.

Payment by cash or card whether on site or from a remote location where payment is approved by the card reader is deemed to be the job is complete and you have received the goods and or services described on the invoice (with or without a signature).

Warranty

In the unlikely event of a warranty repair on a previous repair, we give 3 months warranty on parts and 3 months warranty on labour for commercial appliances.

Warranty repairs will be carried out in business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our business hours are 6.30am to 3.00pm. Any repairs requested outside of these times will incur an after hours charge.
